Shipping and Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged / non-compliant Products.
If the products arrive with obvious manufacturing defects, wrong (i.e. different from those you ordered) or damaged due to carelessness during shipment, you must send an e-mail to the customer service address: email@example.com or contact the whatsapp number +393472402648 containing photos as detailed as possible of the product, specifying the type of problem, no later than 14 days from the time of purchase. You will be contacted by Anduena's Store to agree on the return methods.; or wrong sizes by the customer, the return remains the responsibility of the customer, who will have to take care of the shipment. A COUPON will be provided equal to the value of the goods purchased (without shipping costs) to be spent on our site within 3 months. No cash returns are made.
